This 2021 Haas VF-9/40 Vertical Machining Center is a late-model, large-travel machining platform designed for sizable workpieces and demanding production applications. It features 84″ X-axis, 40″ Y-axis, and 30″ Z-axis travels, a 36″ x 84″ table rated for up to 4,000 lbs, an 8,100 RPM CAT 40 spindle powered by a 30 HP motor, and a 30+1 side-mount automatic tool changer.
The machine is equipped with a Haas CNC control with 15″ color LCD monitor, Wireless Intuitive Probing System, high-speed machining, Visual Programming System, programmable coolant, rigid tapping, custom macros, coordinate rotation and scaling, spindle orientation, chip auger, remote jog handle, 1 GB program memory, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, HaasConnect, Media Display, and Early Power Failure Detection Module.
