Machine Overview
This 2006 Haas TM-1 Toolroom Mill provides a practical combination of CNC machining capability and straightforward operation for toolroom, prototype, and general machining work. It features 30″ X-axis, 12″ Y-axis, and 16″ Z-axis travels, a 47.75″ x 10.5″ table rated for 1,000 lbs, a 4,000 RPM CAT 40 spindle powered by a 7.5 HP motor, and a 10-position automatic tool changer.
The machine is equipped with a Haas CNC control with color LCD monitor, 4th-axis drive and wiring, coolant system with tank and pump, G-code compatibility, vector spindle drive, and direct-belt spindle drive. It can operate on either single- or three-phase power, adding flexibility for smaller shops, maintenance departments, and toolrooms that need CNC capability without a large production-machine footprint.
