This 2012 Geka Hydracrop 110 AD Ironworker is a heavy-duty five-station fabrication machine designed for punching, shearing, cropping, and notching operations. It provides 120 tons of punching capacity, including a 1.1″ diameter hole through 1.1″ mild steel, along with 6″ x 6″ x 1/2″ angle shear capacity, 24″ x 5/8″ flat-bar shear capacity, and capacity for 2″ round or 2″ square stock. The machine features a 3.15″ stroke, 28 strokes per minute, and a 24″ throat depth.
Its dual-cylinder design allows two operators to work simultaneously, helping improve productivity in structural steel and general fabrication environments.
