Machine Overview
This 2015 Haas VF-4 Vertical Machining Center offers generous X-axis travel and proven Haas production capability for a wide range of milling applications. It features 50″ X-axis, 20″ Y-axis, and 25″ Z-axis travels, an 18″ x 52″ table rated for up to 3,500 lbs, an 8,100 RPM CAT 40 spindle powered by a 30 HP motor, and a 24+1 side-mount automatic tool changer.
The machine is equipped with a Haas CNC control with 15″ color LCD monitor, 24-position side-mount tool changer, chip auger, 55-gallon flood coolant system, USB port, memory-lock keyswitch, and rigid tapping. The machine was manufactured in June 2015, with its noted new-machine installation and two-year warranty start date occurring January 6, 2016, providing useful history for prospective buyers.
